Job summary

SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) is seeking a seasoned manager to lead financial due diligence engagements for M&A and related projects. You will analyze performance, forecast assumptions, and provide actionable insights while coaching junior members.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior management and clients, delivering thorough reports and strategic recommendations throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance with at least five years of relevant work experience.
• CPA license would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for M&A and transaction-related projects.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate business forecasts and assumptions and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review due diligence reports, presenting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams throughout the transaction process.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to support their career growth and performance.
