Valuemax Group Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented candidate with a strong interest in luxury watches to join our team. The role focuses on authenticating, appraising and preparing high-value watches for online listings.

This is an office-based position. Comprehensive training will be provided, and you will work closely with the Marketing team to showcase watches on online platforms and maintain accurate records. Prior watch experience is an advantage.

• Handle enquiries related to watch specifications, condition and authenticity.
• Maintain proper records, documentation and inventory details for watches.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in luxury watches to join our team. This role focuses on authenticating, appraising and preparing high-value watches for online listings. Comprehensive training will be provided.

This is an office-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Authenticate and appraise luxury watches such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and other high-value timepieces

• Verify watch details including model reference, condition, authenticity and year of manufacture

• Arrange and coordinate servicing and polishing with approved service providers

• Photograph watches and prepare accurate product information for online listings

• Work closely with the Marketing team to select and publish watches on online platforms

• Handle enquiries related to watch specifications, condition and authenticity

• Maintain proper records, documentation and inventory details for watches

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in luxury watches and timepieces

• Detail-oriented with good accuracy and judgment

• Comfortable handling high-value items

• Computer literate (basic systems, documentation and uploads)

• Prior experience in watches is an advantage

• Training in watch authentication and appraisal will be provided
