Job summary

Wristime Luxury Watches is seeking a client advisor to deliver a premium buying experience for an international clientele. You will learn horology basics, advise on watch selections, and handle inquiries with a poised, professional approach.

Training will cover brand distinctions and collectible references while you build relationships with collectors, maintaining a polished boutique and assisting with after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, sales, hospitality or client servicing is preferred.
• Watch industry experience is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Well-presented with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, responsible and attentive to detail.

You'll learn to advise clients with confidence, understand different collecting preferences, and develop the communication and relationship-building skills needed to grow in high-end luxury retail.
