About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Jewellery Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our exquisite jewellery collection. This role is pivotal in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of product knowledge and presentation within our retail environment.

What you'll be doing

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalised assistance in selecting jewellery items that meet their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of jewellery collections, including materials, designs, craftsmanship and pricing
• Execute sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems whilst ensuring a seamless checkout experience
• Maintain and organise jewellery displays to ensure products are presented attractively and remain in pristine condition
• Process customer enquiries regarding jewellery care, maintenance and warranties with professionalism and expertise
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty programme participation
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming store atmosphere and support overall team performance
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures

What we’re looking for

• Proven retail sales experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within jewellery, luxury goods or high-value retail environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customer demographics
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining product presentation and store cleanliness standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy
• Professional appearance and demeanour appropriate for a luxury retail setting
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• High level of integrity and honesty, essential for handling high-value merchandise
• Preferred: Previous experience in jewellery sales, knowledge of precious metals and gemstones, or completion of retail or jewellery training certifications
