Qualificações

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage operations.
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of merchandising and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire operation of the designated Food and Beverage outlet.
• Coordinate and supervise all Food and Beverage activities within the outlet.
• Directly supervise all F&B team, facilities, operations, sales, costs and profit.
• Analyze operations to identify cost, sales, efficiency and sanitation improvements.
• Provide guidance to F&B supervisors on operational matters.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure quality and specifications of food/beverage purchases.
• Maintain a current costed recipe file for all menu items.
• Schedule training and cross-training with Human Resources.
