Job summary

Amanpulo invites applications for a Boutique Manager to lead the resort’s luxury boutique on Amanpulo island, Palawan. The role demands strategic leadership, strong guest-service focus, and proven sales results within a premium retail or hospitality environment.

You will drive profitability, curate exceptional client experiences, and collaborate with Front Office, Villa, Spa, and F&B teams to maximize retail opportunities while upholding Aman brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience within luxury fashion, accessories, wellness, beauty, or hospitality retail preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
• Achieve boutique sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain a high-value client database.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock movement records.
• Ensure boutique presentation consistently reflects Aman brand standards.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal product launches.
• Work closely with Front Office, Villa, Spa, and Food & Beverage teams to maximize retail opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly retail performance reports.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure that consigners are paid on schedule.
