Strong communication skills to explain property details clearly and professionally.
Excellent customer service with a focus on long-term client relationships and trust.
Understanding of Residential, Commercial & Industrial Real Estate and buyer needs.
Proven sales skills with experience meeting targets, negotiating, and closing deals is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Promote Ayala Land Premier properties to prospective clients through site presentations, meetings, and digital or phone consultations.
Manage prospecting, qualify leads, prepare proposals, and assist clients with documentation and closing.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams and stay updated on market trends and development features.
Regularly report on sales activities and participate in sales events while upholding company standards.
