Job summary

Ayala Land Premier is seeking a driven, full-time Property Specialist to be based on-site in Makati. You will represent our luxury portfolio through strategic marketing, high-impact sales initiatives, and exclusive events.

Manage end-to-end residential real estate sales—from lead generation and property presentations to site visits and documentation, while building relationships with high-net-worth clients and delivering expert investment guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or completion of at least 72 college units.
• 1–2 years of proven sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with the confidence to present to high-net-worth clients.
• Strong power networking skills and ability to build premium client relationships.
• Driven, goal-oriented with interest or expertise in premium residential/commercial real estate.
• Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software; able to work on-site, remotely, or in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential real estate sales from lead generation to documentation.
• Deliver high-impact property presentations to individual high-net-worth clients and small groups.
• Build and nurture relationships with premium clients through exceptional service and investment guidance.
• Stay up to date on market trends and expand your professional network to meet sales targets.
