• Represent Ayala Land Premier’s developments through strategic marketing, exclusive events, and high-impact sales initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and discerning clients, providing personalized property and investment guidance.
• Expand your social and professional network to develop a strong and sustainable client base.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values, investment opportunities, and relevant regulations to provide clients with well-informed recommendations.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, site tours, and other sales activities.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets, with opportunities to earn competitive incentives and commissions.
