• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and a client-focused mindset.
• Comfort using digital tools for presentations, client communication, and lead management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant sales or real estate experience is an advantage.
