Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Makati, a new luxury hotel opening in Manila, seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead pre-opening setup and establish high service standards. You will manage SOPs, training, and the readiness of Guest Rooms, Public Areas, Laundry, and Linen operations with a focus on flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Housekeeping operations experience in luxury hotel environments.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in all pre-opening activities, including planning and setup.
• Develop and implement SOPs and service standards.
• Oversee daily Housekeeping operations across Guest Rooms, Public Areas, Laundry, Linen and Uniform Rooms.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for daily room status and issues.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service and maintain luxury presentation.
