Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Manila seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of Mandarin Oriental Makati. You will establish world-class housekeeping standards, build a high-performing team, and maintain impeccable cleanliness and guest comfort aligned with MO’s legendary service.

Responsibilities include policy development, supplier coordination, and cross-department collaboration to deliver seamless guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive Housekeeper in luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Commitment to Mandarin Oriental values.

Responsibilities

• Develop housekeeping policies, procedures and manuals for pre-opening.
• Recruit, train and onboard the housekeeping team.
• Coordinate with suppliers for linen and guest amenities.
• Collaborate with project and design teams for readiness of guest areas.
• Lead daily operations and ensure luxury standards are met.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance across spaces.
