Job summary

The Look PH is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team with shifts in our Quezon City and Makati showroom, plus pop-ups around Metro Manila. If you thrive on exceptional customer service and have a genuine appreciation for luxury leather fashion, we’d love to hear from you.

You will welcome clients, provide styling recommendations, maintain boutique visuals, support daily operations, and help the team achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player.
• Able to manage online inventory and e-commerce tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional approach.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling assistance.
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain the presentation and visual standards of the boutique.
• Assist with daily store operations, inventory, and product organization.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals.
