Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of luxury watches, pens, and related premium products. You will manage key client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will identify prospects through market research and referrals, build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, and provide detailed product information to support informed purchasing decisions. The role requires strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; luxury goods experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting luxury watches, pens, and other premium products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with long-term relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service.
• Provide clients with detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
• Maintain knowledge of product points, craftsmanship and brand heritage.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand.
• Monitor sales performance and report to Sales Manager with forecasts and feedback.
