Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Makati is set to open soon as a 5-star luxury hotel in Ayala Triangle. The RB&E Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead service teams, and ensure flawless guest experiences in line with the brand’s luxury standards.

You will coach staff, maintain grooming and presentation, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and uphold Forbes Travel Guide expectations while delivering impeccable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage within luxury or fine dining.
• Supervisory exposure and track record of leading service teams.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dining service ensuring luxury standards.
• Coach and supervise service team to deliver guest-centric experiences.
• Oversee mise en place, table setup, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
• Manage bills with accuracy and uphold brand standards.
