Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Manila is preparing to open as a premier luxury hotel in Manila. The RB&E Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and mentor the service team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences aligned with our legendary standards.

The role emphasizes proactive supervision, coaching, and operational excellence, with a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and flawless service delivery in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in F&B within a luxury or fine dining environment, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service excellence standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
• Ensure exceptional dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Handle guest concerns with confidence and discretion, ensuring timely resolution in the absence of senior leadership when required.
• Oversee table setup, clearing, and resetting in alignment with reservation plans and service standards.
• Maintain effective communication with the kitchen, bar, and other service teams to ensure seamless operations.
