Job summary

LVH is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support the Client Relations team in handling luxury travel and concierge clients. You will manage client communications, maintain profiles, and assist in closing deals, ensuring high-standard service across all touchpoints.

The role requires 5+ years of client-focused experience in travel or hospitality, excellent English communication, and strong CRM and Google Suite skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years client-focused experience in hotel, travel, concierge or executive support.
• Experience with luxury or high net worth clients preferred but not required.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement.
• Strong experience with CRM, Google Suite and other organizational tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of initial communication with Clients across channels.
• Maintain comprehensive Client Profiles in the CRM.
• Qualify leads by assessing client background and requests.
• Assign high-value leads to Client Relations Directors.
• Assist the Client Relations team through the deal-closing process.
