Qualifications

• Fresh college graduates in Tourism, Hospitality, Management or Marketing.
• Strong English communication skills (B2–C1).
• Experience communicating with high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
• Highly organized with good record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads and convert to bookings.
• Conduct discovery conversations on preferences, budgets and expectations.
• Present curated travel options and explain pricing tiers.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead progression.
