Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an LPG Marketing Assistant Manager to help grow LPG brand awareness and drive end-user conversions in the Philippine market. The role focuses on campaigns, dealer activation, and cross-functional activation to boost market share.

You will support digital, communications, field activations, and sales initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and timely execution for our LPG portfolio.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of LPG business operations, dealer/distribution setup, basic LPG safety and handling considerations, and LPG customer journey and fulfillment process
• At least 2 years of relevant employment experience

Responsibilities

• Brand and channel activation - execute localized campaigns, provide support dealer activation, coordinate below the line initiatives, and manage field marketing activities
• Digital and social media marketing - coordinate social media execution, support engagement and boosting initiatives, monitor performance metrics, assist in digital lead generation activities
• Marketing communications - coordinate communication materials, manage vendors/agencies, support campaign rollout, ensure brand consistency
• Field activation and project coordination - organize activations and events, manage execution timelines, coordinate cross-functional requirements, monitor rollout quality and completion
• Commercial coordination and sales support - dealer/channel support, customer acquisition initiatives, localized sell-through support, commercial activation requirements
