Job summary

You will develop campaigns, promotions, and incentives; partner with Stores Operations, Marketing, and Digital teams to maximize recruitment; identify high-potential segments; train store teams on enrollment processes; monitor KPIs & CAC to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute member acquisition strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Monitor membership growth and acquisition performance across stores and digital channels.
• Plan and implement campaigns, promotions, and incentives to encourage sign-ups.
• Partner with Stores Operations, Marketing, and Digital teams to maximize member recruitment opportunities.
• Identify high-potential customer segments and acquisition channels.
• Track acquisition KPIs, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition metrics.
• Train and support store teams on loyalty enrollment processes and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to increase customer sign-up and activation rates.
