Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end loyalty engagements, shape client strategies, and deliver high-impact projects. You will partner with senior stakeholders, develop financial models, manage multiple workstreams, and help win new business while staying ahead of global loyalty trends.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in loyalty, CRM, or customer strategy, strong analytics, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in management consulting, loyalty, CRM, or customer strategy.
• Experience leading consulting workstreams and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programme design, customer engagement, and commercial strategy.
• Advanced analytical skills, including financial modelling, business case development, and data visualisation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine passion for customer loyalty, commercial strategy, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workstreams across complex consulting engagements.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders through workshops, interviews, presentations, and strategy sessions.
• Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop financial models and business cases that demonstrate the commercial value of loyalty initiatives.
• Manage multiple client projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Support business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship management.
• Stay up to date with global loyalty trends, innovations, and industry best practices.
