Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented Loyalty Program & Campaign Specialist to support loyalty campaigns in the convenience retail and fuel sector. You will configure offers, test systems, monitor performance, and ensure smooth execution from launch to reporting.

The role involves supporting retailers and customers within the loyalty ecosystem, managing campaigns, and leveraging analytics to optimize results. Excellent English communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience (Mid- to Senior-level)
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns and projects
• Proficient in AI tools, Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva
• Experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and using analytics to measure performance
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and reporting skills
• Experience with loyalty programs, loyalty platforms or POS systems is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns remotely
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of new software

Responsibilities

• Program and configure promotional offers within the loyalty platform
• Test campaigns and schedule launches
• Configure segmentation for targeted email and SMS campaigns
• Conduct remote testing on POS systems
• Maintain loyalty platform configurations and ensure system accuracy
• Generate reports and analyze campaign performance
• Manage retailer and customer support tickets
• Provide phone support for escalated issues
• Monitor campaign execution and identify areas for improvement
