Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team at UP Technohub in Quezon City, Philippines. You’ll help customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and using product knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome, and those with 12 months of BPO experience are preferred. You’ll work dayshift in a supportive, inclusive culture with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping customers and clear communication.
• Open to fresh college graduates with a degree requiring strong communication skills.
• Completed 2 years in college or SHS graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 12 months of BPO experience preferred.

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to fresh college graduates with a degree requiring excellent communication skills and understanding of customer service

• Completed 2 years in college or SHS Graduates are welcome to apply

• With at least 12 months of BPO experience

• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge

• Add experience in handling escalations preferred.
