Job summary

CSGROUP Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics tech professional to support UAT, data mapping, and SQL-driven reporting during a cloud migration. You will work with the TMS/WMS team and vendors to ensure data integrity and smooth transition from legacy systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration across operations, planning, and software development lifecycle activities, from planning through deployment and maintenance, with a focus on fault resolution and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics tech or supply chain analytics.
• Comfortable writing queries to join tables and extract data.
• Basic understanding of Cloud concepts (SaaS/Microservices).
• Experience using a TMS (Manhattan/Blue Yonder/Oracle or similar).

Responsibilities

• UAT & Testing: Support the technical testing of new microservices and the upcoming SaaS package.
• Data Mapping: Assist in extracting data from our old system and cleaning it for migration into the new cloud database.
• Documentation: Create new SOPs and technical manuals during the vendor-managed transition.
• Query Development: Use SQL to pull operational reports, troubleshoot delivery discrepancies, and audit data integrity.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of technical support for transport planners and operations teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the TMS/WMS team to align software revamp with ground operations.
• Vendor Liaison: Communicate technical requirements to outsourced partners and SaaS providers.
