Job summary

NIPPON SANSO INGASCO, INC. seeks an experienced TMS Program Manager / Solution Architect to guide and lead the design, implementation, integration, and deployment of a Transportation Management System for our industrial gas operations.

You will assess requirements, align stakeholders, and drive logistics digital transformation by integrating SAP ERP, telemetry, GPS tracking, weighbridge systems, and analytics into a unified platform for improved fleet visibility and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in TMS, logistics technology, ERP integration, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record of implementing enterprise systems within manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments.
• Experience with SAP, fleet management, and telemetry solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in Industrial Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics & Transportation, Chemicals or FMCG / Distribution industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assessment, design, implementation, deployment, and stabilization of the TMS program.
• Document requirements through stakeholder consultations and identify operational gaps.
• Develop architecture and integration approach for TMS connectivity with SAP ERP and telematics.
• Advise on project governance, roadmaps, vendor coordination, and risk management.
• Facilitate alignment among business users, IT, vendors, and leadership for logistics and reporting requirements.

Role Overview

This consultancy role is designed for an experienced TMS Program Manager / Solution Architect who can provide expert guidance and hands‑on leadership in the design, implementation, integration, and deployment of a Transportation Management System (TMS) for an industrial gas company. As a consultant, the role will support the organization in assessing business requirements, recommending fit‑for‑purpose solutions, aligning stakeholders, and driving logistics digital transformation by integrating fleet management, SAP ERP, telemetry, GPS tracking, weighbridge systems, and operational analytics into a unified platform. The engagement is intended to bring specialized TMS, logistics technology, and systems integration expertise to ensure successful project execution and sustainable operational improvements.

Consultancy Scope and Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy leadership for the end‑to‑end assessment, design, implementation, deployment, and stabilization of the TMS program.
• Conduct business process reviews and stakeholder consultations to document requirements, identify operational gaps, and recommend scalable logistics technology solutions.
• Develop the solution architecture and integration approach for TMS connectivity with SAP ERP, telematics, GPS, weighbridge, fleet management, and other operational systems.
• Advise management on project governance, implementation roadmap, vendor coordination, resource planning, risk management, and change readiness.
• Facilitate alignment among business users, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure the solution supports logistics, transportation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Support configuration review, integration testing, UAT planning, user training, go‑live preparation, and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Recommend executive dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting to improve fleet visibility, delivery monitoring, route planning, and operational decision‑making.
