Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking a Projects Support Staff to provide operational and administrative support for complex logistics projects. You will assist project managers in planning, coordinating shipments, tracking resources, and maintaining schedules to meet customer requirements and contractual obligations.

You will generate reports on shipment status, manage documentation, and help ensure compliance across multi-modal shipments while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project logistics or freight forwarding
• Experience coordinating multi-modal shipments and cross-border logistics

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and track resources for projects
• Generate reports on shipment status and project performance
• Maintain project timelines and documentation
• Monitor outbound/inbound cargo with special instructions to avoid penalties
