Job summary

Temple & Webster is seeking a candidate to support the Supply Chain Technology team in configuring and optimizing logistics systems. You will work across service delivery, logistics, finance, and engineering to drive technical efficiency in the supply chain.

The role focuses on incident scorecards, root-cause analyses, and documenting configuration changes while enabling continuous improvement through data-driven insights and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Six Sigma in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to adapt to tools like Gemini for process design and control.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Proficiency with logistics KPIs and business terminology.
• Clear business communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and data querying is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and data models.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, order management or shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics System incidents scorecard and root-cause analyses.
• Provide data insights to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Assist in documenting system configuration requirements and changes.
• Review open incident tickets and respond to configuration requests.
• Prepare summaries of system configuration changes for stakeholders.
