Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in logistics coordination, order fulfilment, inventory control, or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, permit declarations, and customs documentation is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate fulfilment activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, warehouses, and vendors.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, permits, and customs-related paperwork.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and periodic stock-taking exercises.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing, invoicing, and payment-related matters.
• Provide operational support across multiple product portfolios and business functions. Investigate and resolve order, inventory, and shipment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
