About the role

Overse the overall logistics processes. These responsibilities include organizing and monitoring the storage area, distribution of goods to customers, plotting the delivery schedule and work schedule of employees. The logistics supervisor is responsible for monitoring employee performance and training any newly hired employees.

Key responsibilities

• Sets daily, weekly and monthly targets to each employee and each process in the department based on the demand planning and deliveries from the concession, wholesale and showroom

• Receives delivery schedule from showroom, wholesale, and concession for the day and plot delivery schedule for upcoming days

• Responsible for checking of items received from the warehouse and then segregating and loading the items into the trucks based on the given receipts or location

• Organizes the workflow process to maximize the efficiency and process speed

• Ensures on time delivery of items to showroom branches, concession stores and wholesale customers

• Checks daily delivery schedule and ensure they are plot accordingly

• Optimizes the usage of space for trucks and trip efficiency by placing all nearby deliveries in the same truck

• Monitors the efficiency of each delivery team with the GPS tracker

• Schedules regular maintenance for trucks along with the Operations Manager

About you

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

• Inventory Management Skills

• Preferably Supervisor/5 years and up experienced employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
