Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to oversee warehouse, transport, and third-party logistics operations at the Danao site in Cebu. You will coordinate with 3PL providers to meet KPIs and support the warehouse team in inbound, outbound, inventory, quality, and safety processes.

Qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance, at least 2 years in warehousing/distribution, and proficiency in SAP/WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or Finance degree or related field.
• At least 2 years of warehousing, inventory management, and distribution center operations.
• Knowledgeable in 3PL collaboration, inventory control, and reporting.
• Proficient in SAP or any WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead 3PL providers to meet KPIs.
• Support warehouse operations and supervise inbound/outbound/inventory/quality/safety.
• Implement inventory control procedures and analyze variances.
• Analyze inventory and supply situations and propose alternatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure warehouse compliance and monitor 3PL resources.
• Prepare SOW/SLA and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Assist in distribution center transitions and process improvements.
• Plan transportation requirements and analyze dispatch utilization.
• Monitor 3PL commitments and cost-benefit analyses.
• Support BCP, facility audits, EHSS food safety compliance.
