Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati, Philippines seeks an entry-level logistics administrator to ensure goods ordered are delivered and documented, coordinating with logistics providers and teams to meet customer requirements.

You will verify delivery documents, obtain proof of delivery, and support cash collection metrics while performing fieldwork as needed with strong attention to detail and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Willing to undergo fieldwork as needed.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
• Strong coordination and follow up skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with delivery documents (Delivery Note, Proof of Delivery, Sales Invoice).
• Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook essential.
• Good communication that can speak and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics provider to track goods and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Verify that all necessary documentation is complete for payment processing.
• Ensure receipt of signed delivery notes (DN) or POD.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Customer Service and Operations to resolve issues.
• Perform goods receipting from customers.
• Identify and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
• Support workflow to achieve cash collection metrics.
• Other duties as assigned by Team Leader or Manager.
