Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a Site Logistics Associate in Canlubang, Laguna. You will support inbound and outbound warehousing activities and ensure accurate handling and storage of finished goods.

A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of warehousing experience are required. Familiarity with SAP or ERP software is preferred; knowledge of MHE operations is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year inbound/outbound warehousing experience.
• Knowledgeable with SAP or ERP software.
• Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.
• Must have attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
• Must be amenable to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Checking the startup's pre- and post-operational accomplishments and requirements.
• Examining and updating the transactions of all transfer receipts and prescribing receiving handling and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing.
• Verifying and checking all issuances of materials and supplies for production and distribution.
• Providing an accurate inventory count of items daily and coordinating with the Inventory Controller in analyzing inventory discrepancies.
• Controlling and leading the receiving and activity issuance of warehouses in handling specific products by daily checking of monitoring forms and other documents.
• Coordinating with other counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for production codes and/or consumption codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance.
