Job summary

TigerUX is hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Cebu City, Philippines. You will oversee safe, efficient warehousing and fleet operations, ensuring timely distribution to stores while controlling costs and improving service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics and at least 3 years in leadership, with strong knowledge of inventory, transportation planning, and contract management. Travel and valid license are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3 years in warehouse ops or distribution.
• 3 years of managerial experience in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory & transportation planning.
• Experience in workforce planning and supervision.
• Budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
• Route planning and fleet coordination.
• Vendor and contractor coordination.
• Safety standards, security & regulatory compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration in sales & operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license.
• Must have experience in F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse and fleet operations are safe, organized, secure, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
• Oversee timely and accurate distribution of goods to stores while optimizing logistics efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Lead warehouse workforce planning, recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage delivery planning, route optimization, and transportation operations to maximize service levels and reduce costs.
• Oversee warehouse expenses, equipment, maintenance, and operational investments within approved authority limits.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier and service contracts within assigned
• Address operational issues and store concerns to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory control, shrinkage prevention, security measures, and incident reporting.
• Provide logistics recommendations for new store locations and expansion projects.
• Participate in management and logistics meetings, lead safety initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned.
