Job summary

Mandaue Foam Industries, Inc. is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor to oversee storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods.

You will ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards while coordinating with production, logistics and sales teams. The role requires BS Industrial Engineering or related background, familiarity with SAP and inventory systems, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
• Knowledgeable with SAP System and Inventory
• Can work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
• Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels
• Check orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments
