• Import Operations: Monitor and manage incoming sea freight shipments; Coordinate with overseas offices, agents, carriers, customs brokers, and customers; Review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Arrival Notice; Arrange cargo release and ensure timely delivery to customers; Track shipments and provide status updates; Handle exceptions, delays, and customer inquiries.
