CEVA Logistics is seeking a logistics coordinator in the Philippines to coordinate and monitor ground shipments, both domestic and international, and to oversee import/export operations from end to end.
The role involves communicating with customers, carriers, and suppliers, negotiating rates, and ensuring transit times and service levels. This position requires 1–2 years in logistics with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ports and logistics corridors.

You will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of ground transportation operations related to import and export shipments, while ensuring transit times, service levels, and operational efficiency are met.
You will play a key role in communication with customers, suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers, contributing to the success of logistics operations end to end.
1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, ground transportation, or freight forwarding. Knowledge of FTL and LTL/LCL shipment coordination. Experience in import and export operations. Knowledge of logistics operations at ports such as: Manzanillo Lázaro Cárdenas Altamira Veracruz Ensenada Experience coordinating with carriers, customers, and suppliers. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Experience with logistics tracking and control tools. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
