Lear Automotive Services (Netherlands) B.V. - Philippine Branch is seeking a senior supply chain professional to lead demand planning, production planning and material procurement, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effective logistics.

You will drive VOC, collaborate with suppliers, optimize inventory, and implement robust processes across planning and control, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Accounting are required.
• At least ten years' experience in supply chain management (Demand Planning, Production Planning & Control, Material Procurement, Inventory Management).
• Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic customs laws and logistics planning is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Formulates strategies to understand customer needs and closes service gaps.
• Develops processes to capture VOC and address defects.
• Plans demand, production, and material procurement to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory.
• Collaborates with suppliers to develop cost-effective delivery plans.
• Provides order status visibility and supports transfers to optimize FG scheduling.

About the role

To support company Value Statement through effective management of all related activities (i.e. demand planning, production planning, inventory management, material planning, material procurement, etc) that ensures maximum fulfillment, on time delivery of raw materials, maximum production compliance and on time delivery of customer requirement, coupled with cost effective logistics support.

Key responsibilities

• Formulates an effective strategy in understanding customer needs and expectations and closes the customer service gaps

• Develops appropriate processes and techniques to capture Voice Of Customer (VOC) to effectively address defects and problems

• Formulates an effective plan that builds long-term relationships with customer and to win back the trust of dissatisfied customers

• Develops an efficient method in analysis customer demand changes and collaboration process with customer to come up with a cost effective demand plan

• Formulates an effective approach in providing order status visibility to the customer

• Develops a method in establishing a cost effective customer demand shipment process with competitive demand life cycle

• Develops strategies to enhance the process that supports service center transfers to optimize inventory level

• Formulates techniques that rebuilds/simplifies service delivery processes and systems that increases productivity and improve FG scheduling

• Formulates a collaborative method of aligning raw material delivery to latest production schedule

• Oversees an efficient method in analyzing raw material demand changes and collaborates with supplier to come up with a cost-effective delivery plan

About you

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Accounting graduate

• At least ten years' experience in supply chain management (Demand Planning, Production Planning & Control, Material Procurement, Inventory Management)

• Customer oriented and business oriented

• Good interpersonal relations to effectively interact with internal & external customers and suppliers

• Results oriented, pro-active and concept developer

• Collaborative leadership qualities and assertive

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

• Computer literate and knowledge in basic custom laws

• Creative in Logistics planning and knowledgeable in Microsoft tools

• Travel availability to meet with vendors and customers
