Job summary

Calvelo Engineered Services Corporation is seeking a reliable Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and administrative operations. You will monitor inventory, coordinate shipments, and help prepare documents while collaborating with engineers, technicians, officers, and managers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication abilities are required.
Ability to coordinate across departments and maintain accurate records.
Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain records.
Plan and coordinate transportation of materials and equipment.
Schedule deliveries and ensure timely shipment of items.
Prepare logistics documents, reports, and records.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other departments on shipment requirements.
