Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a proactive Logistics Head / Fleet Supervisor to oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Bacolod. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize inventory, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient transportation.

The role requires at least 5 years in logistics or supply chain, with 3 years in leadership, preferably in the F&B industry. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS/TMS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the F&B industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, fleet management, and food safety compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations in line with company objectives.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end product movement from suppliers to customers.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and optimize storage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Transportation & Distribution: Supervise fleet operations, delivery schedules, and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the logistics team to promote high performance and continuous improvement.
• Budget & Cost Management: Monitor logistics spending and implement cost-saving measures.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Technology & Innovation: Utilize WMS, TMS, and other logistics technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
