Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Logistics Head / Fleet Supervisor to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient product movement, inventory control, and compliant fleet operations. The role leads a high-performing logistics team and drives continual improvement.

You will manage logistics strategies, warehouse and inventory management, and coordinate with transportation partners to achieve timely, cost-efficient deliveries while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field is required.
• 5+ years in logistics/supply chain, with 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, fleet management, and food safety compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end product movement from suppliers to customers.
• Manage stock levels and optimize storage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Supervise fleet operations, delivery schedules, and transportation partners for timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Lead, train, and mentor the logistics team to promote high performance.
• Monitor logistics spending and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Utilize WMS, TMS, and other logistics technologies to enhance efficiency.
