Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations. The role focuses on P&L oversight, demand/supply planning, inventory health, and partner governance in a hybrid setup based in BGC, Taguig.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in supply chain with 5–7 years in senior leadership, plus experience in e-commerce or FMCG. You will mentor leaders across planning and operations, driving efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or FMCG ecosystems.
• Experience managing multi-layered teams and multi-million operations budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain and operations strategy, budget execution, and P&L.
• Direct demand and supply planning, inventory health, capacity, and service levels.
• Lead and mentor senior leaders across planning and operations teams.
• Manage strategic 3PL partners and vendor relationships, including negotiations.
