Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in transport management in a supply chain and/or logistics business.
• Strong customer service/planning experience.
• Experience in distribution and transport operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Knowledge of an enterprise order management system
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively
• Self-motivated and strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Has service orientation skills

Responsibilities

• Receive trip details from planner
• Relay needed trip changes to Planners when advised by customer
• Manage all DigiHaul transactions (from pick up to delivery)
• Coordinate with trucking owners/coordinators for fleet allocation
• Data Collection and provision of Daily/Weekly reports
• Ensure correct tagging of trips
• Monitor and track shipments within the Digihaul System
• Conduct health checks for data accuracy
