Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of logistics planning experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP SD knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery shipments to minimize costs while considering truck availability, volume, distance and time windows.
• Minimize stock-outs by prioritizing critical stocks and coordinating with warehouse team.
• Monitor delivery plans from creation to execution and adjust to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle changing delivery dates to enable co-loading or outlet acceptance.
• Analyze and report on plans and performance with stakeholders.

Job Title: Analyst - FTE (5 months contract)

Location: Santa Rosa City, Laguna

The Analyst is responsible for providing, analyzing and monitoring delivery plans for T1.5 and T2 shipments using both company-owned and third party delivery (TPD) trucks to implement effective and efficient deliveries and optimize our delivery resources.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Optimal Delivery Plans

• Plans delivery shipments in such a way that it will incur the lowest possible costs in term s of load, trucks and routes while still considering truck availability, total volume, distance, receiving window times and other account specific peculiarities

• Minimizes impact of stock-outs (i.e. penalties, complaints) by managing allocation of critical stocks to priority accounts or orders, proposing deletion of hanging shipments, coordinating potential stock outs with warehouse team

• Monitors delivery plans from shipment creation up to actual execution, ensure that planned shipments will be followed accordingly and make adjustments / corrections whenever necessary to support on-time processing and delivery to customer

• Handles Change Delivery Dates to see how deliveries can be executed in such a way that can be co-loaded or will be accepted by the outlets (e.g. fixed delivery date)

• Determines the correct rejection tags to be indicated in sales orders as requested by other stakeholders or based on service level agreements

B. Relevant Reports/Analyses

• Gathers and analyzes information and generates reports that will aid stakeholders in coming up with sound business decisions. Reports such as but not limited to the following: (1) Planned Shipments Report, (2) Load Utilization Report (Planned Utilization vs Actual), (3) Load Out Monitoring (Planned Shipments vs Actual), (4) Promo SKUs Stocks Monitoring

• Supports Distribution by providing an analysis on order rejections

• Handles inquiries of Sales, Operations, Marketing and other functions regarding orders and shipments status

• Continuously look for improvements in assigned area by doing route rides to identify how delivery plans can further be improved

Job Qualification/s:

• Preferably a Graduate of Industrial Engineering or in any relevant business courses

• Preferably with 1 year of experience in logistics planning but Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge in SAP (Sales & Distribution) is an advantage

• Must be MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
