Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Transportation Planner to optimize daily routes and align with delivery schedules. You will assign vehicles and drivers, coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams, and prepare dispatch schedules.

The role requires 2-3 years in transportation planning, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP or TMS systems. You will monitor costs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and government regulations.

• Plan and optimize daily delivery and collection routes based on shipment volume, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and maintain daily route plans, dispatch schedules, and transportation reports.
• Monitor transportation costs, fuel consumption, toll expenses, and route productivity.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, delivery logs, and route performance data.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, mileage, and fuel efficiency.
• Handle route changes, emergency deliveries, and disruptions promptly.
• Analyze traffic, road restrictions, and weather updates to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, transportation regulations, and government requirements.
