Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or supply chain is an advantage but not required.
• On-site work in a fast-paced environment required.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Monitoring – Track shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Entry Document Submission – Prepare and send customs entry documents to the concerned parties.
• Delivery Order (DO) Processing – Process and coordinate delivery order requirements.
• DA Submission – Prepare and send required DA documents.
• Dropbox Management – Prepare and organize the physical hard copies of documents required for transmission to the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
• Condep Monitoring – Monitor container deposit (Condep) status and related transactions.
• Batangas Delivery Monitoring – Track and coordinate deliveries to Batangas to ensure timely completion.
