Job summary

TASQ is seeking Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Makati. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues with first-call resolution, and maintain thorough records. On-site work with shifting schedules and weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• 1 month international voice BPO experience or 1 year local/non-voice BPO experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
