All Transport Network Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for Airfreight to manage end-to-end coordination of air shipments for clients.

You will ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service levels. Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, liaising with airlines and brokers, preparing airway bills and customs forms, and filing records.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of airfreight processes, regs, and docs.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
• Proficient with logistics software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor air shipment status and update clients on progress.
• Anticipate issues and seek supervisor approval for resolutions.
• Coordinate pickup, delivery and tracking of airfreight shipments.
• Liaise with airline partners, customs brokers and providers.
• Prepare airway bills, invoices, and customs forms.
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relations.
• File documents in CW1 folders for each shipment.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR FOR AIRFREIGHT

About the role:

This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of airfreight shipments for our clients.

You will be responsible for overseeing the logistics process from start to finish, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely, cost-effective solutions.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

1. Monitors air shipment status and proactively updates clients on shipment status
2. Anticipates issues that may arise and seeks supervisor’s approval for suggested resolutions.
3. Responsible in coordinating the pickup, delivery, and tracking of airfreight shipments of clients
4. Liaises with airline partners, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to ensure efficient and compliant transportation.
5. Prepares and processes all necessary documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, and customs clearance forms
6. Identifies opportunities to optimize logistics operations and implement process improvements
7. Provides exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with clients and partners
8. Responsible in filing all necessary documents pertaining to respective shipments in appropriate folders and through CW1.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar logistics coordination or freight forwarding role
2. Strong understanding of airfreight shipping processes, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders
4. Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
