Job summary

K-More Philippines Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to consolidate customer orders, prepare delivery schedules, and coordinate between sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consolidate customer orders and prepare the daily delivery schedule.

• Coordinate with Sales regarding orders, delivery schedules, and special instructions.
• Coordinate with drivers and helpers on routes and destinations.
• Allocate items per delivery truck and destination.
• Verify items, quantities, and documents before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse for picking, checking, loading, and release.
• Monitor deliveries and follow up on status.
• Resolve delivery-related issues like shortages, delays, or incorrect items.
• Ensure PODs and signed delivery documents are filed.

About the role

A Logistics Coordinator role focused on consolidating customer orders, preparing delivery schedules, and coordinating between sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate customer orders and prepare the daily delivery schedule

• Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Receipts (DR), and Sales Invoices (SI)

• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer orders, delivery schedules, and special delivery instructions

• Coordinate with drivers and helpers regarding delivery schedules, routes, and assigned customers

• Arrange and allocate items according to each delivery truck and delivery destination

• Check that the correct items, quantities, and documents are prepared before dispatch

• Coordinate with the warehouse for picking, checking, loading, and release of goods

• Monitor deliveries and follow up on delivery status

• Handle and resolve delivery-related concerns, including shortages, wrong items, delays, incomplete documents, and customer delivery instructions

• Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) and signed delivery documents are properly returned and filed

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related course preferred.

• Computer literate, particularly in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
