Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Cavite is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage export loading operations, inventory, and export documentation to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

You will coordinate with Planning, Quality, Customer Service, Documentation, and Freight Forwarders, perform 8-point container inspections, and maintain accurate shipment records while complying with safety and export procedures. PEZA experience and NC II forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any vocational/ technical program.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, export processing or shipping.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management and shipping documentation.
  • Familiarity with export regulations and trade compliance processes.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight delivery schedules.
  • Excellent communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and service providers.
  • Must possess a valid NC II Forklift Operation Certification.
  • Experience in PEZA-registered manufacturing or logistics hub is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate daily inventory records and ensure proper tracking of on-hand finished goods and exportable materials.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintain preventive maintenance checklists for warehouse tools and equipment to support operational readiness.
  • Prepare and process export-related documentation, including shipping labels, gate passes, AEDS transactions, container inspection checklists, and shipment monitoring reports.
  • Update packaging, weight, and shipment details in invoices and packing lists to ensure accurate export documentation and shipment confirmation.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality, Planning, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to verify finished goods availability and readiness for shipment.
  • Manage shipment processing, cargo release, loading activities, and handover of export shipments to customer-designated freight forwarders and brokers.
  • Perform 8-point container inspections, verify cargo securement requirements, and ensure compliance with loading standards, including pallet cleanliness prior to container stuffing.
  • Maintain accurate records of containerized shipments, including container numbers, seal controls, interchange reports, and shipment traceability documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, export procedures, security protocols, housekeeping standards, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Report export-related issues, shipment concerns, and operational risks to Logistics Supervisors and Managers, while supporting continuous compliance with the company's Safety Targets Program and other assigned logistics activities.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing export loading operations to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer shipments while maintaining optimal service quality and cost efficiency.
