Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Lead Inventory Analyst in the Philippines to partner with Finance and the Inventory Management team. You will analyze global inventory data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions to standardize processes and strengthen controls across locations.

You will work closely with Finance, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams, handling RM, WIP, and FG stock, cycle counts, reconciliations, and KPI tracking to ensure inventory health and reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inventory Control and Warehousing within manufacturing.
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Production.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance and Inventory Management to drive global inventory improvements.
  • Analyze inventory information globally and provide opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive actions to improve inventory reporting and dashboards.

Position: Lead Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Finance Business Partner with Inventory Management Team
  • Analysis of Inventory Information Globally and Provide Areas of Improvement Opportunities.
  • Work with Inventory Management Team in Driving Inventory Improvement Actions.
  • Work in Accounting and Finance to Improve Inventory Reporting and Dashboards to drive actions.
  • Ensure that Proper Controls around Inventory is being observed by all Locations Globally.
  • Drive Standardization of Processes around Inventory Management and Control.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 Years of experience in Inventory Control and Warehousing, in Manufacturing Set Up. With experience in working with Finance, Supply Chain, and Production.
  • With ability to work closely with Finance, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse Organization.
  • With hands-on experience with different types of Inventories (RM, WIP, FG) and Bill of Materials.
  • With experience on Inventory Cycle Count, Physical Inventory Count, and Stock Reconciliation.
  • Graduate of a course related to either Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting
  • Should possess the following Inventory Control competencies:
    • Cycle Count Methodologies and Processes
    • Knowledge about Key MRP Parameters (Example: Safety Stock, Order Leadtime, MOQ)
    • Understanding of Excess and Obsolete (E&O) Process.
    • Inventory Accounting
    • Key Internal Controls for Inventory
    • KPI’s that measure inventory health
    • Basic Competencies:
      • ERP Experience (SAP ECC/S4 Hana or Oracle)
      • Strong in Data Analysis (Power BI, and Advanced Excel)
      • Familiar with Inventory Management Systems
      • Strong Analytical Skills
      • High attention to details
      • Good Communication skills (verbal, email, presentation)
